Welcome to Floridiots! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. We keep it simple, clear, and a little Florida‑flavored.

1. General
•     These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from Floridiots.
•     By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).

2. Products & Availability
•     We do our best to keep product info accurate, but colors, sizing, or availability may vary slightly.
•     Limited edition and clearance items may sell out quickly — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

3. Orders & Payment
•     All prices are listed in USD.
•     Payment is due at checkout through the methods we accept (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Affirm, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.).
•     We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping
•     We currently ship within the United States only.
•     Processing time: 1–3 business days.
•     Delivery estimates: Standard 3–7 business days, Expedited 1–3 business days.
•     Once your order leaves our hands, delays caused by carriers or weather are beyond our control (Florida storms, we’re looking at you).

5. Returns & Exchanges
•     Items may be returned within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
•     Clearance and custom items are final sale.

•     All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Floridiots.
•     You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products or branding without permission.
